Khan appears in never-before-seen looks and can be seen performing high-octane action scenes in the two-minute, 12-second trailer. It also includes Deepika Padukone, who was seen with Shah Rukh Khan in Pathaan, in a red saree under the rainfall.

Jawan, also starring Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in the lead roles, has created a lot of buzz. While the fans have been waiting to see glimpses of the film in a teaser, it seems like the makers have bigger plans.

Anirudh Ravichander composed the music for the film. Earlier, the film was scheduled to hit the theatres on June 2 but it was postponed due to post-production work. The film also marks Nayanthara's Hindi film debut. Jawan to also feature a special cameo by Sanjay Dutt. The film will now hit the big screens on September 7.

A few tweets shared online by industry people read that the countdown for Shah Rukh’s next release has begun and the Jawan trailer will drop in theatres with the release of Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One. While the exact date for the Jawan trailer launch will be announced soon but Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One is scheduled for a theatrical release on July 12 in India.
